Staff can access guided training videos, Quick Reference Guides and assessments through the Learning Hub. They can learn at their own pace, revisit a task and view their certificates.
Authorised managers can review staff e-learning progress, certificate status and expiry dates for a single care home or multiple homes within their organisation.
Managers only see staff in the homes assigned to them.
