Deleting Medication in Check-In

  • Requirements for Deletion
    • Second Signature Needed: You must obtain a second signature to delete a medication from the check-in screen.
    • No Administration Records: The medication can only be deleted if there are no administration records associated with it for the current cycle.
  • Effect of Deletion
    • Tile Removal: Deleting the medication will completely remove its tile from the check-in screen.
  • Important Note
    • Data Retention: Although the medication is deleted from the check-in screen, the database only flags it as deleted. This means the information is still retrievable if needed.
