Do Not Show on MAR Chart

• Toggle Option
  • The “Do Not Show on MAR Chart” feature can be turned on or off in the check-in screen.
• Purpose
  • Use this option to hide a medication from the meds round when it’s not currently required (e.g., end-of-life medications or bandages).
• Visibility
  • Hidden medications will still appear in any printed MAR, indicating that they are not currently shown on the meds round.
• Reactivation
  • You can toggle the medication back to appear on the meds round when it is needed again.
• Reporting
  • A report is available that lists all medications in the current cycle that are checked in but hidden from the meds round. This report can be accessed through the daily web portal links.
• Permissions and Tracking
  • Staff profiles can be adjusted to prevent certain staff members from hiding medications from the meds round.
  • All changes are traceable, including timestamps and the staff member who enabled or disabled the option.
