Administering a Cream with a Body Map in eMAR Connect

When administering a cream where a body map has been set up, there are a few additional steps during the Prepare stage.

If a body map was created during the check-in process in eMARx, it will now appear in the Prepare window, with red Xs marking the originally identified affected areas.

To record where the cream is being applied:

• Click on the body map to place a blue X—you can add as many as needed.

  • For example, if a new area requires cream or an originally marked area no longer needs treatment, you can adjust accordingly.

• If you accidentally add an extra blue X, double-click on it to remove the point.

Once you’ve marked the relevant areas, continue the administration process as usual.
